Born in 1985, Anna Gromova grew up in Moscow where she was exposed and taught to create art on a high technical level. After graduating In 2003 from Togliatti State University in Russia, she spent a short time working at a police station. This showed her a side of humanity that many people never get to see. Shortly after that, she moved to the U.S. to pursue her dream of becoming a professional artist.
After traveling for awhile, she finally settled in Atlanta where she quickly transitioned her formal training in art to experimenting with alternate mediums and techniques. Traditional painting on canvas seemed contrived so Anna decided to paint on the walls itself. This offered her a perfect challenge to work large and quick while knowing the piece would be permanent. It's been nine professional years since that moment and since then Anna has grown to show a full mastery of
mural art.
